As an add-on to our catering, private chef, and private cooking class services, we are delighted to offer unique and educational wine pairings. We partner with Maggie Heile, from Vin 7000 (Vin7000.com), to share boutique handcrafted fine wines that complement our menus. Maggie is a Certified Specialist of Wine and founder of Vin 7000, a Utah wine brokerage. Her portfolio of small production and hard-to-find wines (you can’t find these on the shelves of the Utah liquor stores!) are a special treat to share with you.
